If you volunteer to be head coach of a team,BE THE COACH! If other parents ask to help by all means allow them. After all, it's their kids playing. However, make sure they realize you are the Head coach and will make the final decisions on who will play where. You can't lead by committee. If you're gonna be a wuss, let someone else do the job. The kids are counting on you to lead them, DO IT! -Greg
