Guy Rule # 470

When Submitting a Guy Rule you must first check and see if it has already been submitted. There is nothing worse than checking in to Club Guydom and having to vote on the same damn rule a billion times. I just hope no one wrote this rule already because then I'd look like a stupid prick. -Mark Gamache
