If one of your buddies has been without sex for a long time and it's starting to affect him (he's anxious all the time and has developed a quick temper where there was none before), it's your duty to pull him aside and let him know. Sometimes they're not even aware that they're acting all weird and it may be affecting his chances at picking up too. Let him know (but make sure to be tactful about it). Sometimes him knowing that he's not acting like himself can help him at least act normal around a girl till he can hook up.
